Process Automation

To fully support your installation, we use innovative hardware and software. We connect data and processes with this so that systems can be automated and/or monitored and you have control over your process.

Flexible control, fully automated, tailor-made or adapted to the existing process environment are all options.

Process Automation

To fully support your installation, we use innovative hardware and software. We connect data and processes with this. This way you always have control over your process. Whether it concerns control technology or analysis, both areas have the function of controlling, monitoring and controlling the operation of the water treatment system. Geonwater strives to set up the control system as functionally as possible, according to the latest technology.

Depending on the wishes of the customer, an operating system is put together. A Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) serves as a basis for this. Controls can vary from a standard microprocessor for a water softener or filter to a complete control panel with main power distributors, PLC controls, pump controls, frequency converters, interfaces, etc. You can opt for standardized automation processes or, if desired, custom software is programmed for your installation.

By using sensors, a machine observes the environment or information can be collected with which processes can be controlled in industry and IT. Most sensors are electrically or mechanically implemented, software-based and 'virtual' sensors are also possible.

Sensors that are frequently used in water treatment systems include flow sensors, pressure sensors and level sensors. The output signal of a sensor can generate a digital or analog input for a control and/or regulation. The choice of a type of sensor depends on the information to be collected.

Geonwater's Technical Engineers can advise you on the automation of your processes and tailor the choice to both the installation and the customer's request.
