Many of our customers appreciate that we can offer a total package when it comes to advice, engineering, production, commissioning and periodic long-term maintenance or troubleshooting on site.

Our people have specialist knowledge and expertise and have fully equipped company buses with a wide range of tools and parts. Assembly and installation work is carried out and supervised by the Geonwater BV service department.

These activities are often carried out in collaboration with partners in the field of plastic technology, control technology, installation technology and assembly techniques.

We also like to work with technical staff from our customers, we have the experience that involvement has a very positive influence on the course of a project.

Installations are always commissioned by Geonwater BV itself. This also applies to the instruction and training of the end user(s).

Maintenance contracts

Planned and effective maintenance make a positive contribution to the availability of your systems and installations.

The service contracts are tailor-made for each customer, whereby the interval and intensity of the service can be determined as desired.

Checking water quality and usage parameters, checking and cleaning the control mechanisms, checking flushing and regeneration processes are standard activities that are included in the maintenance.

After implementation, the customer always receives an extensive report of service work in which the performance of your equipment is clearly displayed, as well as the findings and, if necessary, repairs. recommendations.

Consumables

In our warehouse we ensure that we always have the most common consumables in stock. Fast delivery of, for example, softening salts, changing demi cartridges, filter cartridges, indicators for Testomat devices and various test sets, are therefore no problem for us.
